Unused latter day historical post card from 1974. Shows a view of the Nicholas Klinger Brewery in Whitewater.
When Nicholas Klinger built his brewery in 1866 it had a capacity of 800 barrels a year. After his death in 1906 the property was sold to Milwaukee interests who produced "Old Cream Top" until fire ended production. Re-opened by George Hewlett in 1933 it reached a capacity of 37,000 barrels per year and employed 21. Fire destroyed the building June 6,1974.
