Description
Rare bottle from the Prohibition-era incarnation of Grain Belt. This bottle was made before the Minneapolis Brewing Co. had received their L-Permit number as there is no reference on the bottle.

The label shows a full color rendition of Minnehaha Falls in Minneapolis. The tagline states: "A Nutritious Stimulating and Refreshing Cereal Beverage." and "Alcoholic Content less than 1/2 of 1% by volume. The neck label shows the bust of an indian with the words Minnehaha Beverage". The lower left corner of the label is torn away. There are also some dings in the main portion of the label, although none of the paper is missing. The neck label has sustained some damage as well. The colors are crisp.
