  • Lemp Brewery Complex purchased by International Shoe Company 1922-circa 1980 In the years since vast complex has been occupied for years variously by commercial and warehouse space, even serving for a time as a seasonal haunted house during the 1990s. Today (2017) is is a museum, a haunted hotel and a popular tourist destination in St. Louis.
