This was from a New Orleans collection, and I suspect this fancy design was used exclusively in the French Quarter. Wood and porcelain tap handle. The porcelain lettering is worn. Discolored in the white (may be able to be cleaned) but otherwise in very good condition, as shown in the photos. Square base not included.
