This is a marker, it is gold, metal, it has a glue back, and a wax paper on the front to keep it from getting scratched up, it has never been used. These were to be stuck onto orange safety cones for this race. I'm not sure if the race was just company wide, regionally, or what. The circle part is about 1-1/2 inches in diameter, and the marker is 3-1/2 inches High. Please contact me with your location, for S+H+I information.
