I suspect that this Anton Hagely is the same Anton Hagely that is referenced on this tax receipt. It shows he was a dealer in Malt Liquors in Virginia - Perhaps Virginia Dale, Colorado, in 1874, the year the village was incorporated.. An Anton Hagely also ran a hotel in Quartzsite Arizona in the 1890s. The Quartzsite Hagely would have been 30 when this tax receipt was written, 38 when he had a brewery in Montrose and in his forties when he Married Viktoria in Arizona. Are these all the same person???
