Cleveland, 0.
Dear Sir:-
Enclosed we hand you. D. Kelt's letter, in which he informs us that he had closed the leal of the property corner Spruce 8r Dermison streets, had the property deeded to his book-keeper and is awaiting our check for $4625.00.
The memorandum in our book of real estate transactions does not show that we ever received an abstract, consequently we cannot con-ply with his request to send check. We have written him that we sent his letter to you and that you will confer further with him in the premises. Abstract must show a search for judgments against the book-keeper of Mr. Kelly. Will you kindly take this matter up with Mr. Kelly and give such directions as you deem proper. We enclose warranty deed herewith.
Yours Truly, (signed) Ernst Borchert
