We use ours to test beer ingredients. Even the smallest variation in these ingredients can make a big change in the beer. By running small test batches through our tiny pilot brewery first, we can keep the taste of Schlitz uniformly good from glass to glass. And then pass the good word along to our life-size breweries. For a couple million dollars, could probably set up a midget brewery like ours in a corner of your basement. But why bother, when you get real gusto all over town.
